It’s been six months since Microsoft launched Office 365, its subscription-based version of Office for businesses and consumers. Over 2 million consumers now subscribe to Office 365 Home Premium (the Office 365 “family pack” with five licenses) and 60 percent of Fortune 500 companies are using it in some form. This, Microsoft says, makes it the company’s fastest growing business in the history of Microsoft.

i dont know why recently i am so interested to discuss about food. may be i am a delicious food lover, but i want healthy food, not only delicious and yummy.

few years ago i used to eat instant noodle. i knew it was less healthy but i had no choice because it is cheap and easily-served. after few years, i mean now, i just take noodle once a week. it is good news for me.

few years ago almost drink soda every day and now i never drink it again. i also take more green and fruit for my meal. and now i feel better, healthier. and i also drink more water and less sugar, except when i have my special tea and coffe

drinking soda is cool. but it is not good for our health. i don't recommend it. few years ago, was fond of drinking soda, especially coca cola and sprite (big cola wasn't born)

but i have not drunk soda for almost years. why? is there anything wrong with soda? drinking soda is cool, as advertised on TV, isn't it?

yes drinking sod is cool, but soda takes much water from our body and it may endanger our bone. osteoporosis may be caused by drinking sod a lot and long term.

i have ever read some articles which don't recommend people to not to drink soda. because soda doesn't contain any useful vitamin or mineral for our body but caloric an we know it is not good for our health.

soda, which often claimed good and fresh, actually not really fresh. the fresh taste in soda is in our tongue only, not in our body.

and one more, drinking soda takes much money than drinking water, and of course that is bad idea.

do we need healthy breakfast? yes of course. all of us need healthy breakfast for healthy life. we we have good breakfast, we will have good energy for our long day activity.

what we have to take for a healthy breakfast?

1. drink a glass of mineral water first. it cleans your intestin

2. do simple exercise. it trains your muscle

3. take a bath. it makes your body cool and fresh

4. now it is the time for your real breakfast. for Asian people, we usually have rice for breakfast, but not for westerner. but i think the same point is we have to take enough carbohydrate as the main source of human energy. bread, Quaker, are okay.

5. take some fruit. it is good because give us vitamins.

6. make sure we have breakfast in morning, not in the midday. i think we should full the tank before we start our car and so our body.

long weekend

i think there is no long weekend, because weekend is just weekend, saturday and sunday. not as others, i have holidays every saturday and sunday. most people in my country go to work at saturday, and get holiday at sunday only. in here i wanna list what i do every weekend.1. running my shop. at others day my wife and my mother in law do that. but those day i do2. playing with my baby boy. my baby boy is now 10 month and he is so avtive3. browsing along the day. i like it, increasing my knowledge4. caring my self a.k.a sleeping at midday. it is impossoble to get sleep at midday at workday lol5. no taking a shower in the morning. and i am so sintky
