i dont know why recently i am so interested to discuss about food. may be i am a delicious food lover, but i want healthy food, not only delicious and yummy.
few years ago i used to eat instant noodle. i knew it was less healthy but i had no choice because it is cheap and easily-served. after few years, i mean now, i just take noodle once a week. it is good news for me.
few years ago almost drink soda every day and now i never drink it again. i also take more green and fruit for my meal. and now i feel better, healthier. and i also drink more water and less sugar, except when i have my special tea and coffe
