good breakfast

do we need healthy breakfast? yes of course. all of us need healthy breakfast for healthy life. we we have good breakfast, we will have good energy for our long day activity.

what we have to take for a healthy breakfast?

1. drink a glass of mineral water first. it cleans your intestin

2. do simple exercise. it trains your muscle

3. take a bath. it makes your body cool and fresh

4. now it is the time for your real breakfast. for Asian people, we usually have rice for breakfast, but not for westerner. but i think the same point is we have to take enough carbohydrate as the main source of human energy. bread, Quaker, are okay.

5. take some fruit. it is good because give us vitamins.

6. make sure we have breakfast in morning, not in the midday. i think we should full the tank before we start our car and so our body.
